Recognising that inclusion also requires practical support, the Firm has established a dedicated Kids' Corner within its office premises to assist parents, particularly new mothers, as they transition back to work. A significant milestone in this commitment is the establishment of the Rajiv K. Luthra - NLUJ Accessibility Lab at National Law University, Jodhpur, in collaboration with the Centre for Disability Studies and Empowerment. This initiative reflects our belief that accessibility and inclusion are essential to strengthening the legal ecosystem and creating opportunities for all.
