Our Senior Partner, Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, recently shared his insights on ‘Charting the Course of Dispute Resolution’ in an exclusive interview conducted by Mr Tej Partap Singh Gill and Ms Nupur Sanghi of SCC Online.
Drawing on over three decades of litigation experience, Mr. Kumar reflected on the evolving landscape of dispute resolution, arbitration, insolvency proceedings, and cross-border enforcement. He discussed the challenges facing India’s arbitration ecosystem, the importance of strategic forum selection, and the need to align legal strategy with commercial objectives.
