Niti has advised clients in diverse sectors including retail, manufacturing, renewable energy, hospitality, healthcare, financial services, real estate, entertainment, publications, telecom etc. on all aspects pertaining to joint ventures, collaborations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, foreign investments – inbound and outbound, regulatory issues and employment laws etc.
She has been closely involved in transactional matters including structuring, advising on entry strategies for foreign entities as start-ups, joint ventures, on acquisition, takeover of companies, conducting due diligences, advise on foreign equity restriction and caps, options and vehicles, compliances, regulatory approvals pertaining to investment, environmental, operational and employment issues etc.

- Advised Agilion Energy Pvt. Ltd., a joint venture between AES Corporation and Mitsubishi Corporation, in the sale of 10MW battery energy storage and related facilities to Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited.
- Acted as the legal advisor to a wholly owned Indian subsidiary of Bellsonica Corporation, a Japanese Corporation considering a significant strategic joint venture in the automobile components manufacturing industry for Maruti Udyog Limited.
- Advised Emaar India Ltd. in respect of exit(s) from its investment in construction and development project(s) including advise on structuring of transaction(s) in view of foreign exchange regulations, companies act and local law implications for projects in Coimbatore, Gurugram and Lucknow.
- Represented Euramco Holding GmBH in the sale of redeemable optionally convertible cumulative preference shares of DB (BKC) Realtors Private Limited held by Trinity Capital (Ten) Limited, a special purpose vehicle incorporated in Mauritius by the Immobilien Funds, to DB Realty Private Limited.
