The Firm acted as legal counsel to Alpha Vision Inc., (a leading technology provider of interactive floor plans, interactive lot maps, 3D home renderings and sales centre technology) and Longitude 74 Studio Private Limited, an afhliate of Alpha Vision Inc. in a transaction involving the transfer of business of Longitude 74 to Z Home India Private Limited (a subsidiary of Zonda Home Canada Inc.).

This transaction was a follow-up to a global transaction involving Alpha Vision Inc. and Zonda Home Canada, Inc., which was also supported by our Firm.

Caution Notice

This caution notice is being addressed on behalf of our Firm, Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India.

The general public is hereby cautioned that certain unknown individuals have been trying to mislead the public by issuing emails / letters and other statement / correspondence by unauthorisedly using our Firm's name and logos i.e., Luthra and Luthra, Luthra and Luthra Law Offices, Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India, etc. whilst wrongfully claiming to be part of our Firm and making false claims and allegations. These individuals are also impersonating the Firm by creating fake email addresses and Facebook page while using the LUTHRA marks.

Please be advised that any person corresponding with such individuals in any manner whatsoever will be doing so at their own risk, as to costs and consequences. The Firm strongly recommend that no one should respond to such solicitations, and we will not accept any liability whatsoever for any loss that the general public may incur owing to transactions made with such unknown individuals and agencies making false claims.

All official emails from our Firm are sent from Firm's official email address ending with @luthra.com and not from any other email addresses.

In case anyone come across any such fraudulent activity, kindly report the same to our centralised email address at delhi@luthra.com so that appropriate action may be taken.
