Dee Development

The Firm’s Capital Markets team advised SBI Capital Markets Limited and Equirus Capital Private Limited on the filing of the draft red herring prospectus (“DRHP”) for the proposed initial public offering by DEE Development Engineers Limited (“IPO”). The IPO contemplates raising an amount aggregating up to INR 3,250.00 million by a fresh issue and also a secondary sale of up to 7,900,000 equity shares by the selling shareholder.

The equity shares of DEE Development Engineers Limitedare proposed to be listed on the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
