DEAL on The Firm has successfully defended a writ appeal filed by the income tax department before the division bench of High Court, against the order of Single Judge. Revenue filed appeal before the Hon’ble High Court on the issue of limitation to pass the order by the transfer pricing officer. Since order passed by the transfer pricing officer is held to be barred by limitation, the transfer pricing additions made in the case of client of INR 115 crores (approx.) shall be deleted.
