Faisal Sherwani is a Senior Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India and an Advocate-on-Record of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
With over 17 years of experience in dispute resolution and dispute advisory, he brings extensive expertise in complex legal and procedural issues, and is regularly engaged to advise on matters involving intricate questions of law. He appears before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and various High Courts across the country, and has several reported judgments to his credit.
Faisal advises and represents public sector undertakings, corporates, privately held entities and high-net-worth individuals across a broad spectrum of industries and legal disciplines.
