Partner Designate, Gajanand Kirodiwal was recently invited as a ‘Judge’ for the ‘CIRP Simulation Competition 2026’ at the National Conclave on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws 2.0, organized by NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA).
The competition intended to simulate the full lifecycle of a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and with an aim to provide participants with practical exposure to insolvency proceedings, including appearances before a simulated Committee of Creditors and NCLT benches.
