Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India, Kunal Mehra and Managing Associate, Danish Khan are conducting a certificate course on antitrust Concerns in Digital markets in collaboration with Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab RGNUL
The discussions will include, inter alia, abuse of dominant position by big tech companies, approach of the CCI in comparison to other antitrust regulators across the world and analysing the efficiency justifications in the digital market.
The Course would take place in-person on the RGNUL’s campus in Patiala on April 9th and 10th.
