Luthra and Luthra conducts three-day Certificate Course on ‘Real Estate Project Management and Finance’

Our Firm, Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India, in collaboration with the Centre for Law & Urban Development (CLUD), National Law University (NLU) Delhi, successfully conducted a three-day Certificate Course on ‘Real Estate Project Management and Finance’, for Young Professionals from October 31st to November 2nd, 2025, at the NLU Delhi campus.

The course drew enthusiastic participation from over 40+ Young Professionals from across India and over 10+ final year and post-graduate LLM law students at NLU Delhi. The program featured eight interactive sessions, covering a diverse range of topics such as:

* Introduction to Real Estate in India
* Legal Due Diligence in Real Estate
* Key Legislations Governing the Sector
* Dispute Resolution & Consumer Protection
* Regulatory Landscape and Investment Aspects
* Financial Aspects of Real Estate Projects

The course was inaugurated and concluded by our Managing Partner Mr. Harry Chawla. He was joined by experienced Senior Partners Faisal Sherwani, Girish Rawat and Niti Paul, along with Partners Akshit Kapoor, Chandrasekhar G. Tampi, Maureen Z. Ralte, Shikher Deep Aggarwal, and Varun Vaish, Partner Designate Gajanand Kirodiwal and Senior Associates Akshara Grover, Hargun Singh and Naman Dubey and Associate Pranav Dwivedi from the Firm who led sessions in their respective areas of expertise. The Firm and NLU Delhi also had the pleasure of inviting Shri Dilbag Singh Sihag, Chief Town Planner HR (Retd.) and Member of RERA Court, Panchkula as an External Expert on a session on Key Legislations Governing Real Estate.

The Firm extends its sincere appreciation to the NLU Delhi management, particularly Vice Chancellor Professor (Dr) G. S. Bajpai, Registrar Prof. (Dr) Ruhi Paul, Associate Professor and Executive Director of CLUD Dr. Prem Chand, Associate Professor Dr. Jasper Vikas, and the dedicated Core Organizing Committee and Student Volunteers Group led by Parth Gupta and Kartikeya for their support in making this initiative a success.

This collaborative effort reaffirms the Firm’s commitment to fostering academic excellence and contributing meaningfully to the evolving landscape of legal education in India. These individuals are also impersonating the Firm by creating fake email addresses and Facebook page while using the LUTHRA marks.

Please be advised that any person corresponding with such individuals in any manner whatsoever will be doing so at their own risk, as to costs and consequences. The Firm strongly recommend that no one should respond to such solicitations, and we will not accept any liability whatsoever for any loss that the general public may incur owing to transactions made with such unknown individuals and agencies making false claims.

All official emails from our Firm are sent from Firm’s official email address ending with @luthra.com and not from any other email addresses.

In case anyone come across any such fraudulent activity, kindly report the same to our centralised email address at delhi@luthra.com so that appropriate action may be taken.
