We are pleased to share that Mr. Harish Kumar, Partner (Corporate Practice Group) has been inducted as an Industry Expert to the Secretarial Standards Board (“SSB”) set up by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
The SSB (comprising of representatives of major Authorities/Regulatory Bodies and Industry Associations viz. MCA, SEBI, RBI, BSE, NSE, CII, FICCI, and Industry Experts) is engaged in, inter alia, formulation of secretarial standards/guidance on critical aspects of corporate laws (including, reviewing and updating the same and issuing necessary clarification on practical challenges at periodic intervals) and making necessary recommendations to the Government in this regard.
