Partner Designate, Megha Gulati was recently invited as a Guest Speaker for conducting an online session on “Basic Understanding about Patents and relevant Case Laws” with a special focus on patentability criteria and non-patentable subject matter under the Patents Act, 1970, at an IPR Workshop- “Training of Trainers (TOT) Workshop on Basics of Intellectual Property Rights”, organized by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) IPR Chair and Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, Uttarakhand.
