Experience Statement

• Acted as the Indian legal counsel for Prabhat Dairy Limited in relation to an IPO with an issue size of INR 3,625.69 Million.
• Acted as the Indian legal counsel for Infibeam Incorporation Limited in relation to an IPO with an issue size of INR 4,500 Million.
• Acted as the Indian legal counsel for Sadbhav Infrastructure Project Limited in relation to an IPO, comprising of a fresh issue and an offer for the sale of shares aggregating to INR 4,916.57 Million.
• Acted as the Indian Legal Counsel for GVR Infra Projects Limited in relation to an IPO with an issue size of INR 4,000 Million.
• Represented the Book Running Lead Managers namely Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, Citigroup Global Markets India Private Limited, and CLSA India Private Limited in the IPO of Aakash Educational Services Ltd. with a total offer size of INR 92.5 Million.
