Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India represented ArcelorMittal Group before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in defending the Resolution Plan for CIRP of Odisha Slurry Pipeline Infrastructure Limited (OSPIL) which was challenged by Srei Infrastructure Finance Limited, Mumbai.
SREI was one of the Financial Creditors of OSPIL. The Hon’ble Supreme Court, while dismissing the appeal, provided its nod to the Resolution Plan while relying on and upholding the principle that the Commercial Wisdom of the CoC is paramount.
