Associate, Abhishek Tripathi was recently invited as a Judge for the oral rounds of NLUD Public Law Internal Moot Selections (IMS) 2024. This year’s problem was based on Public International Law focusing on peacetime intelligence operations, the law on state responsibility and attribution of conduct, international law applicable in cyberspace.
