We are pleased to share that Partner, Harish Kumar (Corporate Practice Group) has been inducted as member to the Academic Board of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
The Academic Board (comprising of subject and industry experts) is engaged in planning and implementation of various activities towards further strengthening the academics of the ICSI in view of, inter alia, industry expectations and multi/ interdisciplinary approach vis-a-vis role of company secretary considering prevailing regulatory framework.
